The Hutchinson Leadership Initiative in Sport Analytics
Rice alums Thomas and Carrie Hutchinson have made a generous financial gift to the Department of Sport Management to develop the Hutchinson Leadership Initiative in Sport Analytics. The initiative's goal is to develop programs and real-world-experiences that train the next generation of leaders in the sport analytics field.
The student group supported by the Hutch Initiative is referred to as the Rice Sport Analytics Team, or RSAT.
