This fall's Sport Management Event and Facility Management class is gaining valuable industry experience by working with the Houston Dynamo organization. The class is working side by side with Houston Dynamo staff in creating a MLS Soccer experience for the fans at every Houston Dynamo home game. The students are under the direct supervision of Corporate Partnership Marketing Coordinators Aditya Saini and Andrew Singer.
The class is gaining a unique experience in creating an MLS atmosphere on a collegiate campus. Presently, the Houston Dynamo share a facility with the University of Houston Athletic Program. The students are gaining experience in turning a collegiate football venue into an exciting professional sports venue. The Houston Dynamo will be moving to a soccer specific facility in 2012.
