Klein Kubiak ‘13, who works in the Denver Broncos Football Operations department, is now part of a Super Bowl winning organization.
“Getting to be around not only the biggest game in pro sports was just a surreal experience,” Kubiak said. “It was a blessing just to get to be involved and spend a week with the team and staff. It didn’t hurt to get to be out the next to a few Owls like Jordan Taylor (practice squad) and Corey Frazier (scouting intern) either!”
After Denver won the Super Bowl, there was nothing but smiles as Klein was able to share the experience with his family including his father, Gary, who is the head coach of the Broncos.
“Words can’t really explain the feeling but being on the field and seeing the happiness and validation on my dad’s face after the game was over, knowing we had won Super Bowl 50 was something I will never forget,” Klein Kubiak said. “The players and our organization deserved that win, they really put in tremendous work behind the scenes I am honored and have learned so much in the past few years.”
